中药黄芪化学成份与药理活性研究分析

摘　　要：目的对中药黄芪的化学成分、药理活性作出综述,并结合临床治疗实例分析了黄芪的应用价值,以供参考。方法介绍了重要黄芪的化学成分和药理活性,结合临床观察分析其应用效果。结果应用黄芪进行治疗后患者均获得了良好的疗效。结论中药黄芪具有托毒生肌、补气升阳、利水消肿、益卫固表等功效,在心血管系统、消化系统、造血系统与神经系统等方面疾病的治疗中具有十分广泛的应用价值。Objective To summarize the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of radix astragalus,and to analyze the application value of radix astragalus in combination with clinical treatment. Methods The chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of the important components of astragalus were introduced. Results All the patients were treated with astragalus and the effect was good. Conclusion Astragalus with supporting poison muscle,qi sun,and the water swelling,wei solid surface effect,has very wide application value in the treatment of cardiovascular system,digestive system,hematopoietic system and nervous system diseases.
