通径外洗方治疗糖尿病中重度高危足的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察通径外洗方治疗糖尿病中重度高危足的临床疗效。方法纳入符合糖尿病中重度高危足诊断标准的患者58例,随机分为2组,每组29例。两组均给予常规治疗,试验组加用通径外洗方,对照组不用。结果试验组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通径外洗方治疗糖尿病中重度高危足具有较好的临床疗效,且便、效、廉。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of diabetic severe high risk foot with tongjing washing. Methods A total of 58 patients with severe high risk criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,29 cases in each group,two groups were given conventional treatment,the experiment group was treated with tongjing washing,the control group was not. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that in control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the treatment of diabetic patients with diabetic severe high risk foot with tongjing washing is good,easy to use,effective,and inexpensive.
