维血宁颗粒联合泼尼松在原发免疫性血小板减少症治疗中的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨维血宁颗粒联合泼尼松治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的效果。方法将64例ITP患者分为对照组(泼尼松)与研究组(维血宁颗粒+泼尼松),对比治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组停激素时间、复发率、不良反应均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论维血宁颗粒联合泼尼松治疗ITP有较好效果。Objective To investigate the weixuening granule combined with prednisone in the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia（ITP）effect. Methods 64 ITP patients were divided into control group（prednisone）and study group（weixuening granule ＋ prednisone）,comparison of therapeutic effect. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P 0.05）,the time of stopping the study group,the recurrence rate and the adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Weixuening granule combined with prednisone in the treatment of ITP has good effect.
