Serum Levels of Double Dilution Method in the Identification of Autoantibodies Associated With the Same Kind of Antibody-A Report of One Case

摘  要:目的探讨自身抗体合并同种抗体鉴定的简便方法。方法采集自身抗体合并同种抗体患者血清,使用生理盐水将待检血清倍比稀释,分别与抗体鉴定谱细胞反应,观察谱细胞反应格局变化,分析反应结果。结果随着待检血清稀释倍数的增加,各谱细胞凝集强度逐渐减弱至消失。待检血清原液与谱细胞反应,10个谱细胞均凝集,凝集强度无差异;随着待检血清稀释倍数的增加,谱细胞凝集强度减弱程度出现差异,自身抗体致凝集消失,同种抗体致谱细胞凝集格局呈现,对照谱细胞格局表可进行同种抗体鉴定。结论血清倍比稀释法,较以往自身抗体吸收法更加简便、快速,但有可能造成低效价同种抗体漏检,须谨慎使用。Objective A simple method to investigate the autoantibodies combined with isotype antibodys identification. Methods The serum of patients with autoantibodies combined with isotype antibodys,to dilute the serum with normal saline,to observe the changes of serum and lineage cells responses,and to analyze the results of the reaction. Results There was no significant difference of the responses of primary test serum with all the 10 lineage cells. Along with the increase of the dilution ratio of the serum,the intensity of the lineage cells decreased,and the degree of the decrease was different,aggregation of the antibody caused by the autoantibodys disappeared,and the agglutination pattern caused by the isotype antibodys is more clear. Identification of the isotype antibodys can be achieved by the pattern of lineage cells. Conclusion Serum times dilution method,compared with the previous autoantibodies absorption method is more quick and simple, but may cause low titer of alloantibodies undetected. Must be cautious.
