摘 要:目的 研究分析术前磁共振成像(MRI)测量评估膝关节软骨缺损面积的临床效果。方法 选取我院2013年10月~2015年10月收治的膝关节软骨缺损病变行软骨修复术或者开放性关节清理术患者70例(70膝),对所有患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 两种方法均发现膝关节软骨缺损186处,平均每例患者有2.66处。MRI检测的平均每膝软骨缺损面积小于关节镜检测面积,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);关节镜的股骨内侧髁、股骨外侧髁和股骨滑车的软骨缺损面积均大于MRI检测,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 MRI在检测关节软骨缺损病灶的数目具有极高准确性,而在股骨内侧髁、股骨外侧髁和股骨滑车的软骨缺损面积需要结合其他方法检测。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of knee joint cartilage defect area measured by MRI preoperative assessment. Methods 70 cases(70 knees) of patients,who were given articular cartilage defects repair cartilage lesion or open joint debridement treatment in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015,were selected. And all clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The two methods were found that 186 articular cartilage defects exited,an average of 2.66 defects per case,the knee cartilage defect area detected by MRI of per case were significantly less than arthroscopic detection area,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05),arthroscopic medial femoral condyles,the lateral femoral condyles and trochlear cartilage defect area were significantly higher than that were detected by MRI,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). ConclusionMRI in detecting of the number of articular cartilage defects lesions has high accuracy. however,in detecting the arthroscopic medial femoral condyles,the lateral femoral condyles and trochlear cartilage defect area,we should combine it with other methods.
