回火温度对YXR3模具钢组织和力学性能的影响

摘  要:借助金相分析、X射线衍射、扫描电镜以及能谱分析研究了YXR3模具钢的回火组织。分析了回火温度对YXR3钢的显微组织、硬度、抗拉强度和冲击韧度等力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着回火温度的升高,钢的组织变化主要是马氏体分解、残留奥氏体转变及碳化物转变和聚集长大,同时钢的硬度先降后升,而后再次下降。当回火温度为540℃时,钢有明显的二次硬化效应。As-tempered microstructure of YXR3 die steel was investigated with the aid of metallographic analysis, XRD, SEM and EDS. The effect of tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties such as hardness, tensile strength and impact toughness of the YXR3 steel was analyzed. The results show that as the tempering temperature becomes higher the changes of microstructure in the YXR3 steel are mainly decomposition of martensite, transformation of retained austenite, conversion and aggregation-growth of carbide, and its hardness first decreases then increases, and again decreases. When tempered at 540 ℃, the steel will exhibit obvious secondary hardening effect.
