摘 要:目的 :探讨彩色多普勒超声早期筛查新生儿先天性心脏病的临床价值。方法对2014年2月至2015年3月收治的873例新生儿采用彩色多普勒超声进行观察,探讨该法诊断新生儿先天性心脏病的价值。结果在873例新生儿中,患有先天性心脏病80例,其中室间隔缺损30例(37.5%),动脉导管未闭21例(26.3%),房间隔缺损14例(17.5%)。从畸形部位来看,有1处畸形患儿69例(86.3%),2处畸形患儿9例(11.3%)。结论彩色多普勒超声可用于早期筛查新生儿先天性心脏病,且具有操作简单、方便、无创性等优点,值得推广及应用。Objective: To investigate the clinical value of the color Doppler ultrasound in the early screening of the congenital heart disease in the neonates. Methods: From Feb. 2014 to March 2015, 873 cases of the neonates admitted were observed with the color Doppler screening. The clinical value of this method in the diagnosis of the congenital heart disease in the neonates was discussed. Results: In 873 cases, 80 cases had the congenital heart disease, among them 30 cases(37.52%) were ventricular septal defect, 21 ones(26.3%) patent ductus arteriosus, and 14(17.5%) atrial septal defect. From the view of deformity, 69 cases(86.3%) had a malformation and 9 ones(11.3%) two malformations. Conclusion: The color Doppler ultrasound can be used to early screen the congenital heart disease in the neonates. It has the simple, convenient and noninvasive advantages and is worthy of promotion and application.
