摘 要:利用挂片腐蚀法并结合电化学测试与SEM分析技术,研究Q235碳钢在HCOOHCH_3COOH-H_2O中的腐蚀行为,并分析了HCOOH-CH_3COOH的腐蚀化学反应动力学特征。结果表明,HCOOH-CH_3COOH对Q235碳钢的腐蚀属于均匀腐蚀,腐蚀行为与其浓度、温度有关,动力学过程受表面腐蚀速率控制,实验确定了HCOOH-CH_3COOH动态腐蚀的表观总反应级数为1级,活化能为25.06kJ/mol,腐蚀动力学方程为r(mol·L^(-1)·h^(-1))=306.13(h^(-1))e-3014KT(K)cHCOOH/CH_3COOH(mol/L)。The corrosion behavior of Q235 carbon steel in HCOOH-CH3COOH-H20 was investigated by mass loss method, electrochemical measurements and SEM. the corrosion kinetics of in formic acid and acetic acid was also analyzed. The results indicated that uniform corrosion characteristic was observed on Q235 carbon steel surface. The concentration and temperature were the two main determinative parameters for the corrosion, and the dynamics process was controlled by the corrosion reaction rate of the surface. The total reaction was of first order from the experiment, and the reaction activated energy was 25.06 kJ/ --3014K tool. The kinetic equation was r(mol·L^-1·h^-1)=306.13(h^-1)e-3014K/T(K) CHCOOH/CH3COOH(mol/L).
