摘 要:为观察维生素A缺乏对肉犊牛的组织病理学影响,应用常规石蜡切片技术,H.E染色,镜检观察肉犊牛的肝脏、肾脏、瘤胃、皱胃、十二指肠、空肠及结肠7个内脏器官的组织病理学变化。结果显示:肝脏的正常结构没有变化,主要病理变化是充血、淤血;肾脏肾小管上皮细胞呈现水样变性;瘤胃上皮细胞无明显变化;皱胃底腺细胞明显复层化;十二指肠绒毛上皮细胞细胞核裂解明显,空肠的肠绒毛上皮严重脱落,结肠绒毛脱落伴有静脉淤血。结果表明,维生素A缺乏对肉犊牛的上述器官的组织结构有不同程度的影响。本文旨在通过观察维生素A缺乏对肉犊牛部分组织器官的损伤变化,探索其病理特征,从而为及时对发病动物进行确诊、治疗提供形态学上的依据。To observe and research the pathological changes in the liver, kidney, rumen, rennet, small intestine and large intestine of the calves deficient in Vitamin A, Routine Paraffin Section Technique and H.E staining methods were applied. The result showed that Vitamin A deficiency had different effects on different organs of the beef calves. The main pathological changes of liver were hemorrhage and congestion. Renal tubular epithelial cells showed hydropic degeneration. No significant change was found in rumen epithelial cells. The cells of abomasum gastric glands showed stratified. Duodenal villus epithelial cell nuclei were splitting serious. The jejunum villus epitheliums were shedding. The villi of colon was shedding and the blood vessels of the submucosa of the colon were congested. This article intended to explore its pathogenesy and pathognomonic feature throughout observation the damaging changes of every tissue and organ of the calves deficient in Vitamin A, thus, it provided morphological clues to final diagnosis and cure the morbility animals in time.
