摘　　要：为了弥补挤奶机定期检测的不足,通过分析对比国内外现有的挤奶机真空脉动系统检测技术与特点,笔者研究了一种挤奶机真空脉动系统实时监测装置,实现了对挤奶机真空管路和脉动系统的实时监测、数据实时存储和挤奶机异常报警等功能,保证了挤奶机的正常运转。To compensate for the lack of regular testing of milking machines, the existing vacuum milking machine pulsation system detection technology and features at home and abroad were analyzed and compared, a vacuum milking machine pulsation system real-time detection device was studied, the function for the vacuum milking machine real-time monitoring of road and pulsation systems, real-time data storage and milking machines abnormal alarm and other functions were realized to ensure the normal operation of milking machines.
