摘 要:经济全球化必然伴随着资本的全球流动,而资本流动的直接后果在于决定了劳动关系标准全球趋同的趋势。全球化的大背景之下,一方面我国要积极承接国外的产业转移,促进国内经济发展;另一方面,国内的企业也要勇于走出去与世界接轨。这一过程必然面临着一个问题:我国的劳动关系体系如何实现与国际接轨、趋同?尤以我国尚处于个别劳动关系向集体劳动关系转型的社会背景之下。本文将以我国群体维权路径这一视角展开研究,试图探索一条符合我国现阶段国情的劳动者群体的维权之路。Economic globalization inevitably will accompany the flows of global capital,and then a direct consequence of which determines the convergence trend of global labor- relation standards. Under the background of globalization,China should actively undertake abroad industrial transfers in order to promote domestic economic developments. On the other hand,domestic enterprises are supposed tomelt together with the world economy by the thinking of "going- out". One problem definitely face us now: How can China's labor relations system be brought properly in line with the international standards,especially under the background of social transformation from individual labor relations to collective labor ones? The paper will focus on a study on the right paths of Chinese groups of workers in order to maintain their collective rights and conform to China's current national conditions.
