摘  要:目的监测血浆D-二聚体(D-dimer,DD)及血管性血友病因子(von willebrand factor,v WF)在早期急性肾功能衰竭(acute renal failure,ARF)中的变化,探讨DD及v WF因子在ARF中的临床意义。方法选择2011年10月—2014年9月我院肾内科和儿科住院患者60例为观察组,同期体检中心健康体检者35例为对照组,比较两组肌酐、尿素氮、DD及v WF因子的水平。结果两组比较,观察组肌酐、尿素氮、DD及v WF因子水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论早期ARF患者血液呈高凝状态,可激活纤溶系统,凝血功能异常在ARF的形成中起了一定作用。Objective To monitor the changes of D-dimer( DD) and von willebrand factor( v WF) of patients with acute renal failure( ARF) in early stage,and to investigate the clinical significances. Methods A total of 60 patients with ARF admitted during October 2011 and September 2014 were chosen as observation group,while 35 healthy examinees taking medical examination at the same period were chosen as control group,and then creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,DD and v WF levels in the two groups were compared. Results The creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,DD and v WF levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Hypercoagulabale state can be found in ARF patients in early stage,which may activate fibrinolytic system,and abnormal clotting may play a certain role in occurrence of acute renal failure.
