福建省“百姓富”与“生态美”协调发展的模型仿真研究

摘　　要：从"百姓富"与"生态美"的关系切入,将居民收入从经济发展子系统中细分出来,作为一个独立的子系统,把环境细分为自然环境和人居环境,运用系统动力学研究方法,构建了福建省"百姓富"与"生态美"的SD模型。在模型检验的基础上,对投资驱动、人口激励、产业调整、科技推动和环境改善五种情景下福建省"百姓富"与"生态美"的未来发展进行仿真。模拟结果表明:2016—2025年间,科技推动方案无论是对经济总量,还是居民收入,抑或是居民人居环境的提高或改善,无出其右者;但其对工业"三废"的处理则略显不足。From the relationship between ＂people＇s enrichment＂ and ＂ecological beauty＂, this paper separated residents income from the subsystem of economic development, as an independent subsystem, the environment was subdivided into the natural environment and living environment, using system dynamics method, we constructed an SD model of the ＂people＇s enrichment＂ and ＂ecological beauty＂ in Fujian province. On the basis of model test, this paper simulated the future development of ＂people＇s enrichment＂ and ＂ecological beauty＂ in the investment＇s drive, population＇s incentive, industrial adjustment, technology promotion and environmental improvement in Fujian province. Simulation＇s results show that： in 2016—2025 years, technology promotion is the best plan both for the economy, or residents income, or improving residents＇ living environment; but the treatment of industrial wastes is slightly less than.
