摘 要:采用低起爆能和高起爆能对微乳化柴油进行无约束条件下的静爆试验,利用高速摄像机、红外热成像仪分别记录柴油爆炸过程及爆炸火球的温度场参数,并与-10号军柴进行对比评估。试验结果表明:低起爆能条件下,微乳化柴油未出现爆炸火球及池火,而-10号军柴出现爆炸火球及大面积池火;高起爆能条件下,微乳化柴油爆炸火球持续时间较-10号军柴减少25.32%,池火持续1 000 ms后自熄灭;微乳化柴油爆炸火球相对于-10号军柴整体温度低,尺寸较小,高温持续时间短;在一定程度上微乳化柴油的防火防爆安全性优于-10号军柴。Explosion experiments of micro-emulsified diesel under unconstrained condition were conducted by tow initiation en- ergy and high initiation energy. The process of diesel explosion and temperature parameters of fireball were recorded by a high speed camera and an infrared thermal imager, respectively. Comparative studies have been carried on between micro-emul- sified diesel and military diesel-- 10. The results show that there is no fireball and pool fire during the process of micro-emulsi- fied diesel explosion with the low initiation energy, but there is fireball and large area of pool fire during the process of military diesel--10 explosion. Compared with military diesel--10, the fireball duration time of micro-emulsified diesel can be deerease^t by 25.32~ with the high initiation energy, and the pool fire can be self-extinguished after 1000ms. In summary, the fireball of micro-emulsified diesel has lower temperature, smaller size and shorter duration time of high temperature. To some extent, the fire and explosion suppression security performance of mi- cro-emulsified diesel is better than that of military diesel --10.
