摘 要:在对风力发电机组进行火灾风险分析的基础上,利用风电机组火灾模拟试验装置对点型离子感烟、吸气式感烟、感温、图像型、缆式线型感温、红外火焰探测器等6种火灾探测器进行通风条件和非通风条件的模拟火灾探测试验。试验结果表明,感烟和感温火灾探测器受风电机组通风系统影响较大;感光型火灾探测器报警速度快,灵敏度极高,不受通风影响,但容易受到舱内众多设备的遮挡;缆式线型感温火灾探测器报警速度慢,宜紧贴敷设在电缆桥架、电缆夹层、发电机等重点防火部位。Based on the fire risk analysis of wind generating set, fire detecting tests were carried on by fire simulating device of wind generating set. 6 kinds of fire' detectors were tested, namely point type ion sensing smoke detector, air breathing smoke detector, temperature sensitive fire detector, image type fire detector, cable type linear sense temperature fire detector and infrared flame detector. The tests were under the condition of ventilation and non-ventilation. Results showed that ventila- tion affects the smoke detector and temperature sensitive fire f detector a lot; photosensitive type fire detector is fast and sensi- tive, and won't be affected by wind, but may be blocked by the devices; cable type linear sense temperature fire detector is slow, and should be set in key position such as on cable tray, in cable interlayer or near the generators.
