摘 要:采用环保磷-氮系和无机阻燃剂对PVC壁纸的面层和基纸层进行了阻燃处理,通过热重、扫描电镜、电子能谱对其性能进行分析,结果表明:阻燃剂抑制了壁纸基纸层和PVC面层分解,促使炭层生成,提高了壁纸的热降解稳定性;影响了炭层结构形状,所形成的蜂窝状炭层结构可起到阻燃作用;磷系阻燃剂在燃烧受热的情况下,分解形成磷酸类物质,能够迅速促进分解产物脱水炭化,形成致密均匀的炭层结构,阻止燃烧进一步发生。Environmentally friendly phosphorus, nitrogenous and inorganic flame retardants were used for flame--retardant treat- ment of base and surface layers of PVC wallpaper. Performance of flame retardant PVC wallpaper was analysed based on ther- mogravimetry, scanning electron microscopy and energy Spec- trum analysis methods, It was found that flame retard^nts add- ed inhibit decomposition of base and surface layers of PVC wall- paper, promote formation ~f carbon layer, and improve the sta- bility of thermal degradation',of the wallpaper~ the carbon layer structure were affected and the cellular carbon layer structure can inhibit the combustion; in the case of burning and heating, phosphorus flame retardants decompose and form phosphate material which can quickly promote dehydration and carboniza- tion of the decomposition products and form a dense and uni- form carbon layer structure, which can prevent further burning.
