慕课对地方高校复合型人才培养的启发

摘　　要：地方高校在培养复合型人才过程中,遇到跨专业间缺乏有效沟通、跨专业间教学资源缺乏合理配置、缺乏具备综合素质的师资队伍等问题。文章分析了慕课理念相对传统教学课堂的优点。慕课更能体现教育的平等性和开放性、慕课平台为不同学习背景的学生提供了优质教学资源的共享空间,对地方高校教师综合素质的提高也有一定的激励作用等。因此,慕课理念对地方高校复合型人才的培养有着重要的启发作用,对于地方高校的教育教学改革是机遇也是挑战,需要学校、教师和学生三方面的共同努力。In the process of cultivating compound talents,the local colleges encountered some problems such as lack of effective communication and comprehensive quality teaching staffs,and unreasonable allocation of teaching resources within different majors. This article analyzes the advantages of MOOCS compared with the traditional teaching. MOOCS not only can reflect more equality and openness in educatio n and provide a sharing space of the high quality teaching resources for different learning background students,but also can motivate local college teachers to improve the comprehensive qualities and so on.Hence,the paper draws a conclusion that the concept of MOOCS has important evocation for cultivating the compound talents in local colleges, and also MOOCS provides opportunities and challenges for local colleges’ education reform, which needs concerted effort of everyone concerned, including colleges,teachers and students.
