欠发达区域城镇化特征及其发展机制分析——以信阳市为例

摘　　要：根据信阳市1996—2013年的相关数据,采用灰色关联分析和比较分析等方法对区域城镇化发展过程进行分析,探索区域城镇化发展的特征、水平和演化机制。结果表明:长期来看,信阳市区域城镇化发展快速,过程中"自上而下"作用机制转变为以乡镇为载体的"自下而上"推力;第三产业所引起的产业结构变化,是区域城镇化发展中稳定的动力因素;弱质的工业化延缓了区域的城镇化;薄弱的社会经济基础是区域城镇化落后的根本原因。According to the data of Xinyang City between 1996-2013,by using gray correlation analysis and comparative analysis of regional urbanization and other methods to analyze the development process and explore the characteristics of regional urbanization development,the level and evolution mechanism. The results show that in the long term,regional rapid development of urbanization,the ＂top-down＂mechanism transformed into the carrier of ＂bottom-up＂thrust; the tertiary industry caused by the change of industrial structure becomes the stable power factor in regional urbanization; the weak industrial slowed urbanization area; and the weak social economic foundation of regional urbanization is the root cause behind.
