摘 要:目的 了解3634例健康体检者脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)异常的相关危险因素。方法 收集2013年3月至2014年3月在武警总医院的健康体检者3634例,其中男性2421例,女性1213例,年龄35-85岁,平均(51.9±10.1)岁。根据baPWV值,分为baPWV〈1400 cm/s组(2031例)和baPWVd〉1400 cm/s组(1603例)。检测脉搏波传导速度,体质指数(BMI)、血压(BP)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、尿微量白蛋白(U-MA)等。结果 与ba PW〈1400 cm/s组比较,baPWV〉1400 cm/s组BMI、BP、FPG、TG、TC、LDL-C、hs-CRP、Hcy、U-MA以及Cys-C均升高,差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。baPWV异常的危险因素为:年龄(OR=5.161,95%CI:3.943-6.757)、收缩压(OR=3.592,95%CI:2.538-5.084)、舒张压(OR=3.413,95%CI:2.377-4.901)、空腹血糖(OR=1.681,95%CI:1.237-2.283)、TG(OR=1.420,95%CI:1.075-1.875)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(OR=1.656,95%CI:1.010-2.716)、尿微量白蛋白(OR=1.451,95%CI:1.032-2.040)。结论 年龄、BP、FPG、U-MA、LDL-C、TG为脉搏波传导速度异常的危险因素。Objective To analyze the risk factors related to anomaly of ankle-brachial pulse wave velocity(baPWV) in 3634 healthy controls. Methods The health controls(n=3634, male 2421, female 1213, aged from 35 to 85 and average age=51.9±10.1) were chosen from Mar. 2013 to Mar. 2014, and then divided, according to the values of baPWV, into baPWV1400 cm/s group(n=2031) and baPWV1400 cm/s group(n=1603). The indexes of baPWV, body mass index(BMI), blood pressure(BP), triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C), lowdensity lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C), fasting plasma glucose(FPG), homocysteine(Hcy), high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and urinary micro albuminuria(U-MA) were detected. Results Compared with baPWV1400 cm/s group, BMI, BP, FPG, TG, TC, LDL-C, hs-CRP, Hcy, U-MA and Cys-C all increased in baPWV1400 cm/s group(all P〈0.05). The risk factors of baPWV anomaly were age(OR=5.161,95%CI:3.943-6.757), systolic BP(OR=3.592,95%CI:2.538-5.084), diastolic BP(OR=3.413,95%CI:2.377-4.901), FPG(OR=1.681,95%CI:1.237-2.283), TG(OR=1.420,95%CI:1.075-1.875) and U-MA(OR=1.451,95%CI:1.032-2.040). Conclusion Age, BP, blood sugar, U-MA and TG are risk factors of baPWV anomaly.
