摘　　要：分析了活塞连杆沿气缸往复和摆动的运动规律及其受力，提出了优化的连杆比，减少活塞对气缸换向的敲击，达到活塞与连杆运动轨迹为最佳；降低了噪声，减少了密封圈摩损，提高了整机使用寿命；对机器进行热、动力分析，确定其基本参数、性能参数等。This paper analyzes the movement regulation and the force of the piston rod along the cylinder reciprocating and swinging. Bringing up with optimization of connecting rod ratio, reducing piston of cylinder reversing percussion, the best motion track between the piston and connecting rod is reached. It has reduced the noise, reduced seal friction loss and improved the service life of the whole machine. And the thermal and dynamic-force analysis of the machine is carried out, defining its basic parameters and functioning parameters etc.
