摘　　要：建设农业科技创新示范基地是促进农业科技成果转化,支撑优势特色农业发展的重要途径。文章在分析创新基地建设的作用以及存在的问题基础上阐述了农业科技创新示范基地建设的重点和思路,并提出了科学规划合理布局、创新体制机制、加快农业产业结构转型和加强科技成果转化等促进农业科技示范基地建设的对策。To build a demonstration base of agricultural science and technology innovation is an important way to actualize experimental results and support the development of advantageous and featured agriculture. On the basis of analyzing the role of the innovative base and its existing problems, key points and ideas for building the demonstration base of agricultural science and technology innovation were elaborated in the paper. Solutions to facilitate the construction of the base were put forward, such as scientific planning and reasonable layout, innovating systems and mechanisms, industrial structure transformation, increasing the conversion rate of scientific and technological results, etc.
