韩国农村农业信息化服务发展的经验与启示

摘　　要：韩国通过采取跨越式发展服务设施、多层次建设服务队伍、高水平开发信息资源和全方位理顺运行机制等举措,成为世界农村农业信息化服务发展的后来居上者。我国可以借鉴韩国相关经验,通过充分发挥政府的主导作用、注重提升农民的自主能力、认真探索自己的发展模式等途径,促进农村农业信息化服务发展。Republic of Korea has caught up with the world in the development of rural agricultural information service by great-leap-forward development of service facilities, construction of multi-level service team, high level development of information resources, fully rationalizing the operation mechanism and other measures. In this regard, China can learn from the experience of Republic of Korea and promote the development of rural agricultural information service by giving full play to the government＇s leading role, paying attention to improve the farmers＇ autonomy, seriously exploring their own development mode.
