摘　　要：应用迈克尔·波特的钻石模型,分别从生产要素、需求条件、相关与支持性产业、企业的战略、结构和竞争对手、机会以及政府等六个方面对吉林省物流产业集群竞争力进行分析,指出应该从扩大物流市场需求、充分发挥政府的作用、做大做强物流企业以及完善物流人才保障体系等方面提升吉林省物流产业集群竞争力。In this paper, using the diamond model proposed by Michael Porter, we analyzed the competitivity of the logistics industry cluster of Jilin on the six aspects which were the element of production, demand condition, relevant and supportive industries, corporate strategy, structure and competitors, opportunities and government, etc., and then pointed out the measures to increase the competitivity of the logistics industry cluster of the province.
