摘　　要：对仓储末端管理的现状进行了分析,指出其中存在的问题,在此基础之上提出仓储末端物资管理方案及管理流程,最后对仓储末端物资管控方案的实施效果进行评价,以期提高电力物资管理水平,保障电力物资供应。In this paper, we analyzed the current status of the warehouse endpoint material management practice, pointed out the existing problems, then on such basis, proposed the solution and process for the warehouse endpoint material management and at the end, evaluated the overall effect of the implementation of the solution.
