摘　　要：首先构建了物流企业服务创新绩效评价的指标体系,其次应用物元分析法建立了物流企业服务创新绩效评价物元分析模型,最后以某物流企业为例进行实证分析,结果表明了该评价模型的有效性及可行性。In this paper, we first built the index system for the performance evaluation of the service innovation of the logistics enterprises, then applied the matter-element analysis to establish the corresponding evaluation matter-element model, and at the end, in connection with a certain logistics enterprise, demonstrated the validity and feasibility of the model.
