摘 要:基于EIQ分析方法对某配送中心大宗物资仓库进行了货位优化。为了验证该货位优化策略的有效性,分别建立了基于随机存储策略及EIQ货位优化存储策略的仓储仿真模型。对比了在同等出库任务下,两种模型完成订单拣货任务所耗费的时间及叉车行走距离,仿真结果显示,在货物出库具有明显的数量及频率差异时,根据此特性进行货位优化能有效提高仓储作业效率。In this paper, we optimized the cargo space of the bulk commodity warehouse of a certain distribution center using the EIQ process. Then to verify the effectiveness of the process, we built the warehouse simulation model based respectively on the stochastic storage strategy and the EIQ-based strategy, and compared the time consumption and forklift truck traveling distance under the two models in finishing the same cargo retrieving task, which showed that the EIQ-based strategy could effectively improve the warehousing efficiency when there existed marked difference in the quantity and frequency of the cargoes to be retrieved.
