摘　　要：针对海南某公司的物流配送问题,通过建立VRP模型,运用节约算法对原配送路线基本数据进行分析,并列出节约里程顺序表,然后按节约里程从大到小合并路径,绘制成配送中心与各客户点优化线路图,从而对配送线路进行优化,提出了最优配送方案。In this paper, in view of the logistics distribution problem of a certain company based in Hainan and through establishing the VRP model and using the saving algorithm, we analyzed the basic data of the original distribution route of the company, then obtained the ranking of the saved mileage of different routes, and at the end, proposed the optimal distribution plan.
