摘　　要：对目前快递市场上存在的两种新型"最后一公里"配送模式-菜鸟驿站和丰巢智能快递柜进行了分析,通过解析各个模式的优劣势,借鉴发达国家成功经验,对"最后一公里"配送模式提出了相应的发展建议。In thispaper, wecompared in detail the two common innovative last mile distribution modes in the express delivery market, namely, the Rookie Station and the Fengchao Intelligent Delivery Cabinet, then through analyzing their respective strength and weakness and by drawing from the successful experience of the advanced countries, proposed the corresponding suggestion for the development of the last mile distribution mode.
