自拟中药汤剂联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药汤剂联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性考察。方法:纳入168例类风湿性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各84例;对照组患者口服甲氨蝶呤片,每次10 mg,每周1次;治疗组患者在对照组基础上加服自拟中药汤剂,1剂/d。结果:对照组总有效率为70.2%,治疗组总有效率为91.7%。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组患者和治疗组患者的关节肿胀指数、关节疼痛指数和关节压痛指数均显著降低,且治疗组患者降低程度高于对照组患者,症状改善更为显著;对照组2例白细胞减少,5例胃肠功能不适,4例肝功能异常。治疗组1例白细胞减少,3例胃肠功能不适,2例肝功能异常。结论:西药甲氨蝶呤片联合中药汤剂治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： A total of 168 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group 84 cases. Patients in the control group used Methotrexate Tablets orally,10 mg each time,once a week. Patients in the treatment group added the decoction of Chinese medicine,1 agent a day. Results：In the control group,the total effective rate was 70. 2% and the total effective rate of treatment group was 91. 7%. The treatment group＇s was significantly higher than that in control group with significant difference（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,the joint swelling index,index of joint pain and joint tenderness index in the control group and treatment group decreased and those in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group and the symptoms improved significantly. The control group had 2 cases of leukopenia,5 cases of gastrointestinal discomfort and 4 cases with abnormal liver function. The treatment group had 1 case of leukopenia,3 cases of gastrointestinal discomfort,2 cases with abnormal liver function. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of Western medicine Methotrexate Tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in treating rheumatoid arthritis is significant,safe and reliable,worthy of clinical application.
