金钱白花蛇商品药材中5种有害元素分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对金钱白花蛇商品药材中5种有害元素含量的分析,从有害元素的角度评价其临床使用的安全性。方法:采用微波消解、ICP-MS法测定8批金钱白花蛇商品药材中铅、汞、砷、镉、铜等5种有害元素含量。结果:按2010版《中华人民共和国药典》对有害元素的限量要求,8批金钱白花蛇药材中,镉含量多超标,个别样品的铅、铜含量超标。结论:提示临床使用中,应注意金钱白花蛇药材由有外源性有害元素所引起的毒性。Objective： To evaluate the safety of Bungarus Parvus by the analysis of hazard elements. Methods： The samples＇ which came from different producing areas were digested by microwave and determined by ICP- MS. Results： According to the2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia on the limit of hazard elements,most samples had the excess cadmium content and some excess levels of lead or copper. Conclusion： We should be paid attention to the toxicity caused by exogenous hazard elements of Bungarus Parvus.
