针刺麻醉在甲状腺手术中的取穴规律文献研究

摘　　要：目的:总结和分析针刺麻醉甲状腺手术的临床随机对照研究以及非随机同期对照研究中的十四经取穴规律。方法:搜索和整理近50年来在针刺麻醉甲状腺手术中的临床随机对照研究以及非随机同期对照研究的文献,选取符合纳入标准的文献,并对文献中所应用的穴位进行提取,最后用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行统计并且分析结果。结果:共纳入合格文献41篇,应用的穴位共计6个,穴位全部属于十四经,涉及到特定穴位3种。结论:针刺麻醉在甲状腺手术中的取穴主要取合谷穴、内关穴、扶突穴,穴位以原穴、络穴等特定穴为主要研究类型;经络主要以手阳明大肠经、手厥阴心包经、足阳明胃经为主。Objective： To analyze and summarize the regularity of acupoints application in acupuncture and moxibustion clinical trials for acupuncture anesthesia in thyroid surgery. Methods： Collected RCTs and CCTs in acupuncture and moxibustion therapies for acupuncture anesthesia in thyroid surgery,extracted the acupoints applied in these studies,and analyzed the regularity of acupoints application by SPSS17. 0. Results： 41 studies were included,in which 6 acupoints were applied. All acupoints,belonging to the fourteen meridians are specific acupoints relating to 3 types. Conclusion： Acupoints acupuncture anesthesia in thyroid surgery mainly take Hegu,Neiguan,Futu point,and specific points which are used most often are the Source Points,luo- connecting points; The majority of them are belong to Large Intestine Meridian of Hand- yangming,Pericardium Meridian of Hand- Jueyin,Stomach Meridian of Foot- Yangming
