摘　　要：血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,Va D)的病位在脑络,其发生发展与络病密切相关。为提高Va D的临床疗效,不少学者从络病角度研究论述Va D,故文章对Va D的络病病位、病因病机、治疗进行综述,为Va D从络病论治提供理论及临床依据。Vascular dementia（ VaD） locates in the brain collaterals and its occurrence and development are closely related with the collateral disease. To improve the clinical efficacy of VaD,many scholars studied and discussed it from the collaterals disease. Therefore,the author summarized the collaterals disease position,etiology and pathogenesis and treatment of VaD and may provide the theoretical and clinical basis for it.
