儿童哮喘缓解期中医生存质量量表的研究展望

摘　　要：目的:建立具有中医特色的儿童哮喘缓解期生存质量量表,在此基础上丰富哮喘缓解期中医药疗效评价体系。方法:按照国际公认的量表制作原则,参考其他慢性疾病的量表制作方法,结合相关文献、前期研究成果和德尔菲法专家咨询形成量表条目池,通过多中心、大样本的设计原则进行临床问卷调查及电话回访,运用相关统计分析方法筛选条目构建初始量表,后对初始量表进行信度、效度及反应度的考评。展望:制定具有中医内涵和适用于中国社会文化背景下的普适性儿童哮喘缓解期中医生存质量量表是当前哮喘缓解期中医疗效评价体系走向世界的迫切需求。Objective： To establish TCM Quality of Life Scale from pediatric remission asthma and to supplement TCM efficacy evaluation system in childhood asthma. Methods： In accordance with internationally recognized principles of measuring scale,referring to other chronic illness scale producing method,combined with relevant literature and previous research results and Delphi expert consultation,we built the questionnaire item pool. Through the design principle of multicenter,large sample for clinical questionnaire and telephone recall,we used the relevant statistical analysis method on validation of the initial scale,and then evaluated the reliability,validity and reaction degree of the scale. Outlook： Traditional Chinese Medicine Quality of Life Scale from pediatric remission asthma has the connotation and is applicable to Chinese social and cultural background,which is the urgent demand in the pace of TCM efficacy evaluation system to the world.
