福建省健康服务业发展的瓶颈与破解

摘　　要：健康服务业作为集公共性和营利性于一体的特殊产品,不仅与经济发展相关,还关联着民生福祉。部分地方政府大包大揽,重视经济效益、忽视社会效益,重视产品提供、忽视需求方的意愿和体验,以及部分群众错误的健康观念根深蒂固等思维定势,已成为制约健康服务业发展的瓶颈。推动健康服务业发展,必须打破政府作为唯一管理主体和单一权力中心的传统思想,确立健康服务业发展经济效益和社会效益兼顾的理念,确立受众本位思维,大力培育健康文化和健康意识,从而科学有效地发挥相关主体应有的作用,形成健康服务业发展所需的合力。As a special product of the integration of public and profit,the health services are not only related to economic development,but also related to people＇s livelihood. Government used to blanket,pay attention to economic benefits,ignoring social benefits,attention to product provides,neglect the experience and desire of the demand side,and some people have rooted misconception act of set thinking,and those mentioned above have become the bottleneck that restricts the development of health services. To promote the development of health services,we must break the traditional thinking of the government as the sole management body and a single power center,establish the concept of economic benefit and social benefit in the development of health services,foster the idea of the standard of the demand side,to foster healthy culture and health consciousness,so as to scientifically and effectively play the role of the related subjects,to form the joint effort of the development of health services.
