装备作战需求论证过程质量评估数据体系研究

摘　　要：针对过程质量评估数据所涵盖的数据量多、面广、粒度细等特点,对装备作战需求论证过程质量评估数据体系进行了研究。分析了论证过程质量评估数据的体系结构,系统研究了作战需求模型数据、元数据、关键点清单数据、关键点评估数据,给出了各类数据的生成方法。该数据体系可促进质量评估的标准化,对于构建质量评估环境具有一定的意义。Aiming at characteristics like large scale,extensive scope and high fineness,the paper analyzes the data system involved in the course quality evaluation of operation requirement demonstration of equipment.The paper analyzes the system structure of the quality evaluation data in demonstration,systematically researches the data of operation requirement model,metadata,key point inventory data and key point evaluation data and also gives the generation method of these datas.The data system may facilitate the standardization of the quality evaluation with certain significance on the construction of a quality evaluation environment.
