摘　　要：外军装备保障实战化训练的探索与实践,有效提升了外军战时装备保障能力,对加强我军装备保障实战化训练、进一步提高我军装备保障实战化训练水平具有较高的参考价值。着眼于装备保障实战化训练的全过程,系统研究了外军装备保障实战化训练的主要做法,分析了外军装备保障实战化训练的发展趋势,结合我军实际,提出了完善实战化训练内容、创新实战化训练方法、构建实战化训练环境、规范实战化训练考评4点启示。The exploration and practice of warfighting-oriented equipment support training of foreign army have effectively enhanced the equipment support capability of foreign arm in wars with high value of reference in strengthening construction of warfighting-oriented equipment support training and further improvements of our army in this respect.Aiming at the full process of warfighting-oriented equipment support training,the paper systematically researches the main practices of foreign army in this respect,analyzes the development trend and brings out four enlightenments by combining practices of our army including perfection of contents of warfighting-oriented training,innovation of warfighting-oriented training method,creation of a warfighting-oriented training environment and regulation of warfighting-oriented training assessment.
