摘　　要：以确定高寒山地作战后装保障实战化训练内容依据为切入点,深入分析了后装保障训练法规、保障任务、保障力量和高寒山地战场环境4个方面因素,突出保障要素融合性、高寒保障适应性和保障训练实战化3个特点,通过高寒山地作战后装保障实战化训练内容体系设计方法,进一步构设出包含5个模块的高寒山地作战后装保障实战化训练内容体系结构,最后通过实践应用解决了高寒山地作战后装保障实战化训练内容体系存在的问题。Starting from the basis for determination of the contents of warfighting-oriented training of logistics and equipment support in high-altitude and cold mountain warfare,the paper deeply analyzes four factors including regulations on the logistic and equipment support training,support task,support force and battlefield environment of high-altitude and cold mountain areas.With design method of content system of warfighting-oriented training of logistics and equipment support in highaltitude and cold mountain warfare,which stresses on three characteristics including integration of support factors,adaptability of support in high-altitude and cold mountain areas and warfighting-oriented training.The paper further designs the content system structure of warfighting-oriented training of logistics and equipment support during operations in high-altitude and cold mountain areas containing five modules.At last,the paper solves out relevant problems existing in foresaid content system by applications.
