摘　　要：针对当前指挥信息系统建设面临的"信息过载、知识缺乏"的问题,对"以知识为中心"的指挥信息系统进行研究。在分析数据、信息、知识之间概念联系的基础上,阐述了"以知识为中心"的指挥信息系统的概念和内涵,建立了"以知识为中心"的指挥信息系统的抽象概念模型,分析了"以知识为中心"的指挥信息系统的体系结构与组成要素,指出了"以知识为中心"的指挥信息系统所涉及的关键技术,为牵引"以知识为中心"的系统建设与发展提供了理论参考。Aiming at information overloading and inadequate knowledge problem in construction of command information system,the paper conducts research on the knowledge-centric command information system.Based on the analysis on the connection among data,information and knowledge,the paper illustrates the concept and connotation of knowledge-centric command information system,establishes a conceptual model for this system,analyzes the system structure and components of the system and points out the key technologies involved in the system to provide theoretic basis and enlightenments for facilitating the construction and development of knowledge-centric systems.
