摘  要:目的观察人参降解物对高血脂大鼠肝脏的形态学影响。方法将100只Wistar大鼠分为对照组与模型组。模型组通过高脂饮食制备高血脂大鼠模型,分为非治疗组及3个治疗组,非治疗组大鼠进行羧甲基纤维素钠灌胃,治疗1组给予产物一,治疗2组给予产物一和麦冬,治疗3组给予产物二,各组均连续灌胃给药45 d。测定各组大鼠的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C血脂指标;取大鼠肝脏进行HE、VG染色,应用透射电镜观察各组大鼠肝脏形态学的改变。结果与对照组比较,模型组大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C明显升高(P<0.01),提示造模成功。与非治疗组比较,治疗组的TG、LDL-C均降低(P<0.05)。HE、VG染色和透射电镜观察结果提示,治疗1组、治疗2组与非治疗组比较,肝脏病变明显改善。结论本研究所用的药物在降血脂和改善肝脏病变方面有均有不同程度的作用。Objective To explore the effect of degradation products of ginsenosides on the morphology of liver in rats with hyperlipidemia. Methods A hundred of wistar rats were divided into control group and model group. The rat model of hyperlipidemia was established by high-fat diet. Rats in model group were divided into nontreatment group,treatment group 1( ginsenoside group),treatment group 2( ginsenoside + ophiopogon group) and treatment group 3( newpanaxadiol group). All the rats were continuously administrated with gavage for 45 d. After treatment,the blood pressure,total serumcholesterol( TC),triglycerides( TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C) were detected. The general morphological changes of liver were observed by HE staining and VG staining. The ultrastructural changes of liver were observed by transmission electron microscopy. Results Compared with control group,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C of model group increased significantly. The high cholesterol model was successfully established. Compared with non-treatment group,the TG and LDL-C in treatment groups decreased significantly( P〈0. 05). HE staining,VG staining and ultrastructral changes showed that,compared with non-treatment group,the hepatic lesion was improved in treatment group 1 and treatment group 2. Conclusion The three drugs can decrease the levels of lipids and improve the degree of liver morphological lesion to a certain degree.
