摘　　要：目的总结静脉输注人免疫球蛋白（Human immunoglobulin for intravenous injections,IGIV）不良反应的临床特点,为临床合理应用IGIV提供参考。方法回顾性分析2015年6月我科发生的1例IGIV不良反应患者,并对已有文献报道进行综述,总结IGIV不良反应的临床特点。结果根据文献综述,结合本病例分析发现,有20%~50%的IGIV患者5%~15%例次,在输液过程出现不良反应。IGIV不良反应包括局部不良反应和全身不良反应。局部不良反应表现为：持续性疼痛、青紫、肿胀、红斑等,很少见;全身不良反应表现为：全身酸痛、畏寒、发热等,较常见,且病情较轻。全身不良反应还包括一些罕见且严重的反应,包括肺部疾病、肠炎、皮肤科疾病、传染病和动静脉血栓形成。结论 IGIV不良反应较常见,表现形式多种多样,及时识别是治疗关键。Objective To investigate the clinical features of adverse effects of human immunoglobulin for intravenous injections（ IGIV） and provide references for clinical reasonable application. Methods The clinical data of a patient in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively,and the existing literatures were reviewed to investigate the adverse effects of IGIV. Results The adverse effects occurred in 20% ~ 50% of patients（ 5% ~ 15% of case） with IGIV infusions. Adverse effects of IGIV can be local type or systemic type. Local adverse reactions of IGIV（ included pain,bleeding,or bruising at the needle site） were rare. The most common systemic reactions included chills,fever,headache and muscular pain; Less common but more serious adverse effects included lung disease,enteritis,dermatologic disorders,infectious diseases and thrombosis. Conclusion Adverse effects of IGIV are more common with various types,timely recognition is the key to treatment.
