大长二元初产母猪乳常规成分及泌乳性能的研究

摘　　要：为探讨目前商品肉猪的主要母本大长二元初产母猪的乳成分变化规律及在实行分胎次饲喂情况下的泌乳性能,分别对20头大长二元初产母猪产后1d、7d、14d、21d、28d乳常规成分、泌乳次数和泌乳量进行了测定。结果表明,大长二元初产母猪产后1d与7d、14d、21d、28d的乳成分相比变化幅度均较大,乳糖、乳脂、乳蛋白和总固形物都达到了极显著水平（P〈0.01）;乳糖和乳脂在28d泌乳期内总体来看逐渐升高,但乳脂在28d时有所回落;乳蛋白和总固形物逐渐降低,1d最高,28d最低;大长二元初产母猪平均每昼夜泌乳次数为24.63次,单次泌乳量为0.28kg,日平均泌乳量为6.74kg,泌乳高峰出现在第14~21d。结合乳成分和泌乳量的变化特点,提示仔猪21~28d断奶更为科学。This study was conducted to explore the change of milk ingredients and lactation performance of primiparousYorkshire×Landrace dual sows when using the management of dividing fetus feeding,as being main female parent for commercial pig production.Primiparous Yorkshire×Landrace dual sows（n=20）were used to evaluate milk ingredient,the number of lactation and milk yield on day 1,7,14,21 and 28after postpartum.The results show that significant changes were found in milk ingredients on day 1,7,14,21 and 28after postpartum.Lactose,milk fat,milk protein and total solids content were extremely different with each other（P〈0.01）.The concentrations of lactose and milk fat were gradually increased and the concentrations of milk protein and total solids were gradually decreased in lactation period at 28 days.The lactation performance of primiparous Yorkshire×Landrace dual sows indicated that average number of lactation was 24.63 times in day and night,average single milk yield was 0.28 Kg,and average daily milk yield was 6.74 kg with lactation peaking at 14~21days.Combined with changes of milk ingredient and milk yield,it is suggested that piglets be weaned within 21~28days.
