摘  要:为了研究林下种植苜蓿不同放养密度与补饲量对蛋鸡蛋品质的影响,选择45周龄体重接近的健康本地鸡441只,随机分为7组,第1~6组放养在种植苜蓿的枣树林中,采用2(补料)×3(密度)两因子设计,补料50%和70%,每667m^2放养100、250、400只方式,以笼养全程自由采食为对照组,分析鸡蛋组成、蛋壳质量等质量指标。结果表明:与笼养相比,在种植苜蓿的枣树林中放养鸡群,改善了蛋壳质量。补饲量对蛋黄重影响显著(P<0.05),对蛋白比率和蛋黄比率影响不显著(P>0.05),对蛋壳重、蛋壳强度影响极显著(P<0.01);放养密度对磷脂含量影响显著(P<0.05)。补料70%、100只/667m^2组蛋壳重量、蛋壳比率、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度和蛋黄比率优于其它组,100只/667m^2组蛋黄磷脂含量高于其他高密度组;随着密度的增大,蛋黄磷脂、灰分含量逐渐降低。枣林苜蓿地放养条件下,以70%补饲量+100只/667m^2组养殖模式较好。In order to study the effects of the density and the feed supplement on egg quality of layer under grazing condition,441 healthy 45-week-old laying hens were randomly divided into 7groups.Hens of 1~6groups were reared under jujube wood with alfalfa.These treatments were fed with the supplement of 50%and 70%,with a density of 100,250 and 400hens per 667m2.The 7th group was reared in cage with free ingestion,3repetitions for each group.Preliminary trial period was 7days.Normal trial period was 70 days.The results showed as follows:feed supplement had significant effects on yolk weight(P〈0.05),egg shell weight and strength(P〈0.01),but not on egg white rate and yolk rate.Density had significant effect on phospholipids(P〈0.05).The group with 70%feed supplement and a density of 100 hens per 667m2 was better considering the weight,rate,strength,thickness of eggshell and egg yolk rate than other groups.The phospholipids content of the group with a density of 100 hens per 667m2 was higher than other groups.As increasing of the culture density,egg yolk phospholipids and ash content decreased.Therefore,the culture model with the 70%feed supplement and the density of 100 hens per 667m2 was a better model.
