摘 要:湿强废纸的再生利用有利于充分利用植物纤维资源,减少制浆造纸工业对环境的污染。本文采用浓度为2%的稀乙酸和盐酸对基于酰化改性壳聚糖的湿强废纸进行预处理,并结合机械疏解的方法制备废纸浆。结果表明,乙酸与盐酸的预处理效果相差较小,酸预处理时间的增加有利于提高MCW-1和MCW-2湿强废纸的得率,比较而言,酸预处理时间对MCW-2湿强废纸得率的影响更大。随着预处理时间的增加,MCW-2湿强废纸浆的抗张强度提高明显。湿强废纸浆的平均纤维长度、宽度等纤维形态指标接近原浆,但与原浆相比抗张强度下降明显。总之,采用上述方法对该种湿强废纸制浆可行。The reuse of wet strength waste paper is beneficial to make full use of vegetable fiber resource and reduce the pollution of papermaking industry. In this study,2% acetic acid and hydrochloric acid were employed to pretreat the wet strength waste paper based on maleic anhydride-acylated chitosan,and repulped the waste paper with mechanical method.The results showed that the difference of pretreatment performance of acetic acid and hydrochloric acid was not obvious,and the more time of pretreatment was benefit for the higher repulping yield for both MCW-1 and MCW-2,especially for MCW-2. The tensile strength of the waste paper pulp obviously improved when the pretreatment time increased.The average fiber length and width of the water paper pulp were similar to the virgin pulp.However,the tensile strength decreased evidently in comparison with the virgin pulp.In summary,the method used in this study was applicative for these wet strength waste paper.
