摘　　要：中国出租汽车罢运事件频发,危及出租汽车市场的正常运营。究其原因,出租汽车驾驶员与出租汽车企业的利益矛盾是罢运发生的诱因;深层原因则是公司制管理模式造成的僵化管理机制和高昂管理成本以及政府与出租汽车企业的利益捆绑;此外驾驶员缺乏利益代言人,无法与出租汽车企业平等地谈判,无法有效向政府部门表达群体性诉求是出租汽车罢运的另一关键因素。针对现状问题提出如下应对策略:放开市场准入、打破利益格局、引入竞争机制、合理确定市场需求定位是应对之计;建立出租汽车协会替代公司制管理模式直接管理驾驶员是根本之策。The phenomenon and reasons for the frequent occurrence of taxi strike in China are analyzed. In the light of the present situation, the following strategies are put forward: releasing market access, breaking the pattern of interests, introducing competition mechanism and rationally determining market demand. It is a fundamental strategy to establish a Taxi Association to replace the company's management model so as to directly manage drivers.
