摘　　要：当前大学生就业形势日臻严峻,积极发挥高校思想政治教育在大学生职业生涯规划中的核心效能作用显得尤为重要,在分析了进行大学生思想政治教育的必要性及存在的一些问题基础上,探析了思想政治教育在大学生职业生涯规划中核心效能作用的实现途径。It is very important to develop the leading role of the ideological and political education in undergraduates＇ career development planning as the employment situation is severe for them. This article introduces the ways to realize the leading role of ideological and political education in undergraduates＇ career development planning on the basis of analyzing its urgency and necessity.
