益肾化瘀中药序贯治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察益肾化瘀中药序贯治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效及其对该病患者生命质量水平的改善情况。方法 150例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者随机分为3组:花红片组、活血化瘀组和益肾化瘀组。分别使用与组名相对应的治疗方法,6个月后比较3组患者的临床疗效和生命质量水平改善情况。结果 3组治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且益肾化瘀组临床效果优于其他两组(均P<0.05);3组治疗前后的评分差别均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);益肾化瘀组疾病损伤评分和社会心理损伤评分均低于其他两组,差别具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾化瘀序贯治疗对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者具有显著临床疗效,且对于改善患者生命质量具有极大的促进作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the Chinese herbal sequential therapy on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease（ PID） and the improvement the patients＇ quality of life. Methods 150 cases with sequelae of PID were randomly divided into Huahong Pills group,Huoxuehuayu group and Chinese herbal medicine sequential group. Use the corresponding treatment and compare the clinical effect and the improvement of the quality of life after 6 months. Results The difference of three groups＇ clinicial effect was statistically significant,and Chinese herbal medicine sequential group＇s total effective rate was higher than other two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the difference of three groups was statistically significant,Chinese herbal medicine sequential group＇s disease damage score and social psychological damage score were lower than other two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nourishing kidney and removing blood stasis Chinese herb sequential therapy on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease has remarkably clinicial effect,and has a great significance in promoting patients＇ quality of life.
