增色丸联合火针治疗气滞血瘀型白癜风临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察增色丸联合火针治疗气滞血瘀型白癜风临床疗效及安全性。方法 60例气滞血瘀型白癜风患者按数字表法随机分为两组,每组30例。治疗组给予口服增色丸联合局部火针治疗,外擦他克莫司软膏;对照组仅给予局部火针治疗和外擦他克莫司软膏,两组疗程均为4个月,疗程结束后判定疗效检测患者血清中补体C_3、C_4含量。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后患者血清中补体C_3、C_4含量增高(P<0.05)。结论增色丸联合火针治疗气滞血瘀型白癜风可以加快黑素细胞生成,临床疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and evaluate the safety of Zengse Pills combined with fire needle therapy on qi stagnation and blood stasis type of vitiligo. Methods 60 cases of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type of vitiligo were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Zengse Pills combined with local fire needle therapy,tacrolimus ointment for external use; the control group was given local fire needle therapy and tacrolimus ointment for external use only,the course of treatment in both groups was 4 months,the curative effect was observed after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）; the serum levels of C_3 and C_4were increased after treatment in treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Zengse Pills combined with fire needle therapy on qi stagnation and blood stasis type of vitiligo can accelerate the generation of melanocytes,the clinical curative effect is definite.
