阳和汤配合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察阳和汤配合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法 108例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组。对照组54例给予膝关节内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,治疗组54例在对照组治疗的基础上给予阳和汤治疗。两组均治疗5周后进行疗效观察。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后膝关节症状积分改善更明显(P<0.01)。结论阳和汤配合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效确切,且无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yanghe decoction combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in treatment of knee osteoarthritis（ KOA）. Methods 108 cases of patients with KOA were randomly divided into two groups. 54 cases of control group received intra- articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate,54 cases of treatment group received Yanghe decoction on the basis of control group.After 5 weeks of treatment,the effects of the two groups were observed. Results The curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）; the knee joint symptom score of treatment group improved more obviously（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Yanghe decoction combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in treatment of KOA has a definite effect with no obvious adverse reactions.
