我国省级中医药管理部门统计工作现状分析

摘　　要：目的通过对我国省级中医药管理部门中医药统计工作现状的调查研究,了解省级中医药管理部门的统计工作现状及其存在的问题,并就解决这些问题提出需求分析和相关的政策建议。方法采用填写问卷调查的方式,调查全国31个省级中医药管理部门的管理机构设置和人员配备、统计工作管理办法、中医药统计调查制度、中医药统计信息的主要来源、中医药统计报表系统等情况。结果 31个省级中医药管理机构中,仅有29.03%的省份有负责中医药统计调查工作的处室或人员,32.26%的省份建有本省专门的中医药统计报表系统,16.13%的省份制订有全省中医药统计调查制度。结论中医药统计管理部门和人员缺乏,中医药数据统计平台落后,统计分析数据来源复杂,需要建立中医药综合统计调查制度。Objective Based on the investigation of the status quo of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） statistical survey work among China＇s provincial administrations of TCM,this paper aims to reveal the current situation and existing problems to make relevant policy recommendations for solving the problems. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out among 31 provincial administrations of TCM in China,including the methods of statistical work,the main sources of the statistical information of Chinese Medicine,the statistics report system of Chinese Medicine,etc. Results Among the 31 provincial administrations of TCM,only 29. 03% of the provinces have offices or staff responsible for TCM statistical survey work,32. 36% of the provinces have a provincial TCM special statistical reporting system,and 16. 13%of the provinces has established a whole provincial TCM statistical survey system. Conclusion A lack of TCM statistical agencies and staff,backward platform for TCM statistics,complex data sources of statistical analysis is in existence,there is a need of establishing a comprehensive TCM statistical survey system.
