福州洪塘老街民间手工艺街区活化更新探析

摘　　要：传统街区拥有着特定的城市记忆,是城市文化的聚集地,彰显特定区域的个性;然而,随着全球化经济浪潮的席卷以及生产生活方式的变革,传统街区得生存受到了极大的考验。洪塘老街民间手工艺街区同样因为各种原因出现衰退——经济发展受阻,传统手工艺传承出现危机......本文针对性地从"产业结构调整、主体能动激活、空间品质提升"三个方面出发,结合当下语境,对该街区进行活化更新探析。Traditional district owns special memory of the city.It is the assembly point of the city culture and shows the individuality.However,with the impact of global economy and the transformation of the means of the living and production,it must face the test of the survival.The art and craft Street in Hongtang,Fuzhou also meet the same problem.It appears recession,such as, the hindered economic development,the crisis of the traditional handicraft heritage and so on.This paper aims to,in the modern context,seek the activation of the traditional district through industrial structure adjustment,subject activation and spatial quality improvement.
